• Please support TSA @ Hoppy Monk near Stone Oak/1604 on February 11 all day. Make sure to mention TSA for 15% of your meal to be donated to TSA including alcoholic beverages.

• Marvin is selling old grotto T-shirts. The sizes are XL and XXL.
• Jim requested for presentations at Bexar Grotto to be used for training for Texas master naturalists. This was approved.
• Alicia Luna needs more help looking at cave cricket habitat.

New Business:

• Geary Schindel is requesting a letter and suggesting an honorarium fee of $100 to Dr. Jay Banner. I (Carolina Richardson) volunteered to write the letter. There was a vote put forth, and this was unanimously approved.
• Caitlin Stoops put forth a vote to invest Grotto funds into a CD in the amount of $4,000. This was approved unanimously via vote. This will be a 12-month Certificate of Deposit at Credit Human with a start date pending access to Bexar Grotto bank account.
